A four evening hypnobirthing/birth preparation course giving you all the tools for a calm, confident and positive birth experience.

This will be from 7pm to 9.30pm on Thursday 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th November. 

Course includes:-

How to work with your body during labour

Breathing & relaxation techniques

How to create positive birth environment

How birth partners can support

Pelvic floor and perinium exercises

Birth options including places of birth, comfort measures

Induction process 

How to have a gentle c-section 

Decision making and birth plans

Post-birth options

Meet other couples too to share this journey 

The session will finish with a relaxation and couples will also be given handouts/goodie bags to take home. 

Price is £250 per couple. 

Parking available on road/allocated parking.  

Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
