Autumn Equinox Gathering
As the Autumn Equinox arrives, we gather at another sacred turning point in the year. A moment when day and night stand in perfect balance before the earth begins its gentle descent into the darker half of the year. Honoured across cultures for centuries as a time of harvest, gratitude and transition, the Equinox invites us to pause and reflect on all that has come to fruition, while gently releasing what no longer serves us. This is a powerful time to honour the wisdom we have gathered, acknowledge the seeds we have cultivated and create space for a slower, more intentional season. To trust the natural rhythm of letting go, making room for deeper connection, clarity and renewal.

“I’ve recently attended one of Maria’s Women’s Circle and the experience was truly nourishing and genuine. Maria created a safe, loving, and welcoming environment where everyone felt cared for and supported. The combination of practices—cacao ceremony, gentle chanting, mindful meditation, clay-making, and soothing massage—offered a beautiful balance of creativity, relaxation, and connection. It was a space where I could fully unwind, express myself, and feel part of a compassionate community. I left feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply grateful for the thoughtful care and intention behind every detail. I'm joining another of her offerings this week and I’m very much looking forward to it, thank you Maria.” - Carolina
"I joined Maria’s women’s circle for the first time at the ancestral-healing ceremony. I had lost many beloved people in a short period, including my mother, so the invitation resonated deeply with me. The gathering was held with such wisdom, love, and grounded presence that I felt genuinely held—both by Maria and by the group—which gave me a true sense of community around my grief and everything that comes with it. The ceremony also included cacao, social/creative time, and a short massage. The massage left me feeling physically restored, and the clay work helped me to reconnect with my creativity and tap into different emotions. The whole experience beautifully holistic—caring for both body and soul. On another occasion, I joined a circle that included a sound bath and a brief family-constellation exercise, which was powerful and created a sense of communion within the group. It was in that moment that I felt very fortunate to be part of this community. Maria is a deeply intuitive person, and her sensitivity and care are evident in the ways she holds the space. She is also very creative and versatile when it comes to designing the gatherings. Maria’s circles are always unique, weaving personal and interpersonal experiences that invite deep connection with oneself and with others. I think that reflects her attunement — her fine-tuning — to what real healing in community is. I also want to mention the wonderful women I met in these groups. We all came from very different backgrounds and held our own views on spirituality, which created a kind of ecosystem of stories, emotions, and conversations. That diversity, I believe, is the true foundation of women’s community and healing space. Thank you, Maria!" - Eva
