Family & Systemic Constellations (Ancestral Healing)

Whether it’s in relationships, money, purpose, self-worth, or wellbeing, lasting change often means looking deeper than surface fixes.
Many blocks and repetitive patterns can be rooted in childhood, family, or ancestral patterns we unknowingly carry. This workshop invites you to heal in community. Together, we’ll connect with the “Intelligent Field”. Participate in what can look like a theatre play, where people take on representations of family members, internal parts, feelings and circumstances.
Sharing Circle
Arrive gently, settle into the group, and connect heart-to-heart. Share intentions and be inspired by others’ authentic stories. This in itself can bring healing shifts.
Roots & Ancestral Connection
Through sound, song, and ancient practices, we honour our roots, invite support from our ancestors, create safety and deepen our sense of belonging.
Issue Holders (People that bring an issue, theme or intention to be worked on as a group)
There is space for 3 Issue Holders. 2 are purchased in advance and the 3rd will be chosen by the field (from a 'name in a hat') = everyone that joins will have a chance to be an Issue Holder. Others may represent a family member or a concept, bringing it to life like a theatre play in front of you—revealing fresh insights and opening paths to change, often through new perspectives. Even as a witness, you’ll receive valuable reflections. It's a powerful way of bringing feelings and unconscious patterns alive and to the surface, where they can be worked on in a safe environment. The intention is that everyone will be able to receive what they need from each constellation.

We end with a group sharing, rest and journaling to help you process and ground the experience.
Join a Community of ongoing support
After attending you will have a chance to join a community of other people that have attended healing workshops, classes and 1-1's with Maria, as a way of feeling held through what can sometimes be very deep healing experiences.

- £165 Issue Holder (someone that brings an issue or intention to be worked on in the group - 2 SOLD OUT - 1 left on the day, a chance for anyone else to bring something)
- £110 Supporter (someone on a higher income that can afford going to workshops, restaurants, festivals, trips away, treatments)
- £88 General Admission (someone that can afford workshops, classes, cafes, days out.)
- £65 Concession Tickets (single parents with dependent children, parents that don't have much left for themselves, students, seniors on a low income, disabled people, carers with less income, anyone else on a low income)

This is deep healing work, and can be experienced similar as a plant ceremony in the depths of it. Each Constellation can be experienced as the benefits you'd receive in a Private Healing/Therapy Session.
