Scheduled for October 12-13, 2026, and set in the heart of New Orleans at the Sheraton New Orleans, this year’s conference will bring together organizational and community leaders from healthcare, education, manufacturing, nonprofit, government, and service sectors to explore innovation, leadership, resilience, and performance excellence at both the organizational and community levels.

The 2026 Baldrige Conference features an enhanced format designed to provide even more opportunities for learning, collaboration, networking, and engagement. Monday Morning Workshops
Choose from five optional preconference workshops designed for every stage of the performance excellence journey. Led by recognized leaders, practitioners, and community experts, these interactive sessions provide practical strategies and real-world insights you can apply immediately.
Conference Kickoff
The conference officially begins Monday afternoon with a dynamic opening keynote, breakout sessions, and opportunities to connect with colleagues from across industries and sectors.
Awards Recognition Reception
Celebrate excellence as we recognize top-tier award recipients from Alliance member programs and Communities of Resilience & Excellence (C.O.R.E.). This signature evening event offers the opportunity to honor outstanding achievements while connecting with fellow attendees in a relaxed setting.

Hotel Accommodations
A discounted conference room block is available at the Sheraton New Orleans, with room rates beginning at $239/night plus applicable taxes and fees. Attendees are encouraged to reserve accommodations early, as availability is limited.
The group rate is available through September 21, 2026, or until the block is filled.
