Is your horse's passport legally compliant?

Are you unsure if your equine passport is up to date?

Are you at risk of not being reunited with your horse if it was stolen or escaped from the field?

If the answer is yes, then this talk is for you.

Gain knowledge on what the process is for correctly gaining or updating a passport, microchip and registering your equine. Hosted by the British Horse Society Passporting Issuing Organisation (PIO) staff, Serena Raftery and Holly Churcher. They will be sharing their knowledge on how to complete this process.

You will learn:

  • The importance of completing passports, microchipping and registering equines.
  • How to complete all of the necessary requirements to be a responsible horse owner, with the support of our step-by-step guide.
  • What the Central Equine Database is and how it benefits you as a horse owner

There will be time for questions afterwards, so if you are not sure if you are fulfilling the requirements set out by DEFRA, please pop along and we will do our best to advise.

To attend, please complete the registration form. The joining link will be sent out on Monday 18th November.

We hope to see you there!
