Event Safety Training

We are delighted to announce that the popular Event Safety Training for BHS Volunteers has been fully updated for 2026.

Volunteers are required to have completed this training if they wish to carry out event risk assessments.  The training needs to be refreshed every 3 years.

This course is suitable for volunteers who are new to Event Safety and those who are in need of refresher training.

Each course involves 2 sessions of 2 hours. Both of these sessions are mandatory in order to complete the training. Dates for training are :

• June 9th and 10th 2026 (7pm-9pm)
  
• June 24th and 25th 2026 (10am-12pm)
• July 8th and 9th 2026 (7pm-9pm)

The joining instructions, agenda and materials will be sent out once you have booked onto the course.

IMPORTANT:  The booking will only show the first date, but you will be automatically booked on for both dates in that series.
