The King's Troop Royal Artillery Tour

Step into the heart of British ceremonial tradition with a special educational visit to the King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery, His Majesty’s Mounted Ceremonial Battery, based in Woolwich, London. This unique experience begins at 9.30 am and offers guests the chance to meet the magnificent horses, see the historic First World War-era guns up close, and watch the soldiers as they train for some of the nation’s most prestigious State occasions.

From The King’s Birthday Parade to Royal Birthdays and Royal Births, the King’s Troop plays a spectacular role in marking the grand occasions of State, driving teams of six horses as they pull the guns used to fire Royal Salutes across London.  We hope you can join us for this memorable behind-the-scenes glimpse into one of the Army’s most impressive ceremonial units, and we look forward to welcoming you on the day.

Spaces are limited and restricted to BHS members only.  Early booking is recommended.
