Coaching the Everyday Rider
Led by Dan Spencer, BHSI and BHS Assessor. Dan is the Riding Centre Manager at Ingestre.
- Dan holds his BHSI qualification and is a BHS Senior Assessor, as well as a British Eventing Accredited Coach and Assessor.
- Dan has a variety of industry experience, including working in two professional event yards and producing horses in a private yard.
- He is also a qualified PT and has competed in dressage, eventing & show jumping.
This day is aimed at both experienced coaches and people considering a career in coaching, as well as riders or parents looking for new training tips. It will also be particularly beneficial to anyone looking to gain their BHS coaching qualifications or those who are currently training candidates.
This day is open to everyone to attend.
The day will cover both flatwork and jump coaching, looking at riders from beginner to BD Novice level and up to 80cm jumping.
This will be a great day to collaborate with other coaches and share ideas, with a focus on rider influence on the horse's way of going.
Cost £35 for BHS Accredited Professional Coaches, £40 for general admission.
