BHS Ayrshire XC Preparation Demo with Debbie Rodwell

Tuesday 29 March 2022 at 7.30pm.

At Muirmill Equestrian Centre, Symington, KA1 5SH.

Using poles, fillers, planks, skinnies, lines and corners and more in the school to prepare for the season ahead.

Debbie is a BHS Accredited Professional Coach and has qualified for the Badminton Grassroots Championships this year - come and find out how she is preparing for this and exercises that can be used at all levels.

Cost is £10 and includes a tea/coffee.

This is CPD for BHS Accredited Professional Coaches - this counts as 2 CPD points.

This evening is open to all to attend.

It should be noted that spaces will be limited and will be dealt with on a first come first served basis.

Should you need to cancel for any reason, you will receive a refund minus £2 system fees.
