Safer Drivers Safer Riders Safer Horses
Join us for an informative talk (free entry - but donations much appreciated) at the MONKS ELEIGH VILLAGE HALL for a presentation for all vulnerable road users.
Are you a car, tractor, van driver or cyclist and you are not sure how to pass a horse and rider safely? What are the changes to the Highway Code about?
Do you ride or cycle on the road? If so, do you know your responsibilities and the Law? Do you ride on the pavement, ride two abreast, use a mobile when riding? Have you suffered from road rage and dangerous driving? What can you do to avoid becoming another statistic? How to report incidents/accidents and ensure you are covered in the event of an accident?
The BHS invite all drivers & vulnerable road users to hear the speaker, Alan Hiscox who is Director of Safety at the British Horse Society. Come and find out what we can do together to make the roads a safer place for all. There will also be a police officer from Suffolk Constabulary on hand to answer your questions.
The doors open at 6.30 for Tea & Coffee. Evening finishes at 9.30pm. What 3 Words location is:- material/hope/amounting
