BHS Rievaulx ROUK Ride

This beautiful but adventurous ride is not for the faint hearted. This challenging ride takes you along quiet lanes, fields and public rights of way with opportunities for a canter, but also including steep inclines, gates and riding through streams and fords but all worth it for the scenic countryside. 

Key points will be stewarded/marked however the route will require some map reading – maps and instructions will be provided. 

Long route – 17.5km approx
Short route – 12.5km approx

There will be a ROUK rosette for each rider upon finishing.

Payment in advance, no entries on the day. All profits raised from the ride are donated to the BHS Ride Out Fund. Please note, there are no toilet facilities on site but there are public conveniences in the nearby Rievalux village.

Closing date for entries is Monday 10 August 2026 or when fully booked.
