Get ready to raise a glass (and a leg!) as the Edinburgh Corn Exchange reveals yet another reason to head to the Big Big Gin Festival this April. Join us for a ‘Gin and Yin’ yoga session to ensure you leave feeling truly refreshed and relaxed!

Brought to you by expert yoga instructor, Syra Hynd, ‘Gin and Yin’ combines two fantastic ways to unwind. Yin yoga is a restorative practice that teaches us how to slow down, release tension of the body and mind, and deeply relax. Samples of deliciously crafted gin will be available to enjoy throughout each session to aid relaxation so you can achieve the maximum benefits of the Yin practice.

Suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike, Syra explains ‘Gin and Yin at the Big Big Gin Festival will be a fun experience, but also a deeply nourishing practice that will leave you feeling calm and grounded. As well as sampling gin throughout the session, participants will be invited to seal in the benefits of the practice and connect with each other by soaking up the energy over a beautifully crafted gin cocktail at the send of the session. You’ll leave feeling balanced, refreshed and restored’.

What’s included: Access to one ‘Gin and Yin’ session, a keepsake 2020 Big Big Gin Festival glass, gin samples throughout the session and a full G&T at the end.
Further info: Customers can upgrade to £40.00 tickets to get access to the actual Big Big Gin Festival after the session.
