Sussex-based online business networking with all the good stuff and none of the (frankly awkward) pitching and selling bits. You could say it’s pitch perfect… if you were that way inclined.

Don’t worry about putting your trousers on, because online networking isn’t going away anytime soon. So stay in your slippers and make your top half look presentable, because this is where it’s at for the time being. 

If you’re new to online networking then this is the perfect way in. It’s approachable and light-hearted, but does what it says on the tin – it’s all about local business owners exchanging ideas and getting to know one another. 

You don’t have to stand up and present anything and no-one’s going to put you on the spot. But it might be worth practising your fake laugh, for when host Steve Darby tells one of his terrible – sorry, hilarious – jokes.

So what’s the deal?...

The Big Business Breakfast Club may have worldwide appeal, but it’s actually very local-centric. It’s all about supporting (and being supported by) local businesses. Our raison d'être is working together to move us all forward. It’s the business equivalent of a group hug – and who doesn’t love one of those? …Yeh ok sometimes they’re a bit much…it’s better than a group hug.

(For those of you reaching for a dictionary, that wasn’t a sneeze there in the middle it was French… because that’s just how we roll, innit).

Meeting Venue: Your home office/sitting room/kitchen/ballroom (yeh, we know some of you are fancy).
When: The third Friday of every month. See date at the top of this page.
Time: 8am (for an 8.30am start) until 10am – But the room is open from 7am if you're a keen-lean-networking-machine.
Ticket Price: Absolutely free - This ticket includes a complimentary 'bring your own breakfast'

As soon as there’s enough of a rabble – sorry, group – of you, we’ll start a series of networking rooms, then bring you back into the main room to start the meeting.

So... who are we?

You’ve heard of the Juice Breakfast Club, right? Ok, trust us when we say it used to be a big deal on the Brighton networking scene. Then there was The Global Business Breakfast Club (oh come on, you’ve definitely heard of that one) – that was pretty great too and did the same job.

But now… (drum roll please) from the people that brought you the Juice Breakfast Club and The Global Business Breakfast (well, all the good ones, anyway), we give you… The Big Business Breakfast Club!

It’s the same deal but run completely by Sussex business people, for Sussex business people, with the aim of er… doing more business in Sussex. Yep, it does what it says on the tin. We meet on the third Friday of every month, so get yourself involved. It’s a relaxed, informal networking opportunity for like-minded business people. Informative speakers – yes. Pitches and selling – no, no, no.

Just good, honest fun, all supporting Sussex-based Rockinghorse Children’s Charity. Come along and see what all the fuss is about.
