A collaboration with the Larry P Abraham Agri-Nature & Big Jim Farms, join us all for the ultimate Tamale Making class in our newest New Mexico Winter Workshop Series. You'll be transported to the land of enchantment as you learn the ins and outs of tamale making, from start to finish. The best part? You'll get to take your mouth-watering creations home with you! For just $60 per person, all supplies and expert instruction are included. Classes will be held every Saturday and Sunday during the Winter of Enchantment event, featuring a rotating menu of traditional red chile & pork, green chile chicken, and vegetarian options. Come hungry and leave with a newfound culinary skill!
