Booking Information:

• $50 Hourly rental fee for photographers (No Mini Shoots allowed, only 1 family per booking. 2 cars allowed per reservation)
• 1-hour slots available for your photoshoots

Photography Guidelines

• Each reservation is valid for one professional photographer and one client group (family, couple, individual, etc.).
• Mini sessions and multiple family sessions are not permitted. One booking is limited to one client group.
• Reservations are not exclusive. Other photographers may be photographing on the farm at the same time. Big Jim Farms spans several acres, providing plenty of space for multiple sessions.
• All photographers and clients must check in together at the entrance upon arrival.
• No additional clients or family members will be admitted after check-in.
• Big Jim Farms is a fenced property, and all guests must enter and exit through the designated entrance.

Seasonal Farm Conditions

Big Jim Farms is a working farm, and what is blooming changes throughout the season. While you may find sunflowers, zinnias, marigolds, cosmos, green chile fields, or our pumpkin patch, we cannot guarantee any specific flowers, crops, or photo locations on your session date.

If a particular backdrop is important for your client, we encourage you to visit the farm during regular business hours before booking to see what is currently in bloom.

Professional Camera Policy

Professional cameras are permitted only during reserved Friday photography sessions. During all other business hours, professional cameras must remain in your vehicle. Guests are welcome to take personal photos with cell phones during normal farm hours.
