Flower Crown Workshop ~ Dia De Los Muertos at Big Jim Farms

Join us for this exclusive offering by Big Jim Farms in celebration of Día de los Muertos! Use fresh flowers from our field to make your own flower crown. This is a great opportunity to learn how and to celebrate in a festive way on the farm. For **$35 per person**, you’ll receive all the flowers you need, instructions, and a flower crown to take home. You will use traditional marigold flowers and a selection of colorful zinnias.

Please register in advance on our website, as this class is very limited due to the supply of fresh flowers. Secure your space while it’s still available! Your flower crown can be used fresh or dried to last.

Marigolds, also known as *cempasúchil*, are a key part of the Día de los Muertos celebration and are considered the national flower of the festival.

During the class, we will also have a face painter onsite to provide sugar skull face painting for those who are interested. (Seperate Cost)

Big Jim Farms is a New Mexican U-Pick farm where you can pick your own green chile, flowers, pumpkins, and more. Our mission is to offer educational opportunities that carry on our agriculture traditions in New Mexico

Classes are held only October 25th, 26th, Nov 1st, and Nov 2nd at 11am or 1pm and last about 1 hour.
