in 2023, 6,069 people in england and wales died by suicide. that’s 16 lives lost every day. these deaths are preventable, and together we can stop this.

we’re calling for 6,069 runners to join the bigmoose ultra fun run, each representing one life lost.

whether you run, walk or jog, you will save lives. simply choose a distance which works for you - 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon, or a 50km ultra marathon.

• £500 sponsors a full course of therapy for someone struggling

whatever you raise, you will give someone struggling with their mental health the chance to speak to a therapist - quickly, and without barriers. your support means hope, help, and a lifeline when it’s needed most.

pay it forward

when signing up, you can donate in £5 increments to cover a ticket for someone who can’t afford it. your contribution goes into a pay-it-forward pot, enabling others to join for free.
