2025 Big Ten Alumni Social

Building on last year’s sold-out launch, the 2025 Big Ten UK Alumni Social is back.

This time, 350 alumni will fill Dutch Hall for a night that’s all about reconnecting, making new friends, catching up with old ones and celebrating the spirit that unites all 18 Big Ten universities. No long speeches, no rigid agenda — just a great venue, great alumni energy and an unforgettable atmosphere.

📍 Location: Dutch Hall, 7 Austin Friars, London EC2N 2HA

👗 Dress code: Smart casual, with a touch of school spirit. We encourage you to wear your university colours to help light up the evening.

👥 Capacity: 350 people

🎟️ TICKET SALES 

This event has a strict overall capacity and a limited number of tickets allocated per university. 

Each university has a limited number of Early Bird tickets. Once those sell out, your university will appear in the General Admission section instead. That ticket group is also limited.

If your school’s tickets sell out early, you may miss out — we strongly recommend securing your spot as soon as possible. 

• B10 Alumni Early Bird: £30 (SOLD OUT) 
• B10 Alumni General Admission: £35 (SOLD OUT) 
• B10 Alumni - Extended Allocation: £40
• Guests & Friends: £40 (from 1-30 September, if space remains after alumni sales) 
• Late Registration (All Tickets): £45 (Available from 1st October)

Please note: While each of the 18 universities has its own guidelines on who qualifies as alumni, for the purposes of the Big Ten UK event, anyone who has completed at least one semester abroad at a Big Ten university is warmly welcome to attend as B10 alumni. 

Online Checkout: When checking out, you will be asked to provide your university affiliation. We’ll use this to create your name tag for the night, which may include university logos. If you’re associated with more than one university, feel free to select multiple — we’ll do our best to include them all.

The Big Ten UK Alumni Community is an independent, non-commercial initiative led by a dedicated group of alumni volunteers, aimed at fostering enjoyable experiences for our fellow alumni in the UK. Although this initiative is driven by alumni for alumni, we warmly welcome collaboration with our alma maters. We are not formally affiliated with the Big Ten organisation based in Illinois, USA. While they are aware of our efforts and have shared valuable guidance and best practices, they do not participate in its funding, planning, or execution.
