How to Enter:
1.⁠ ⁠Record a 60-second video of yourself singing
2.⁠ ⁠Email your clip to billericaytalent@gmail.com by 23:59 on Friday 24th October

Requirements:
🔻 Must be 16 or over
🔻 Must be available to perform live on Saturday 7th November 2026 (Between 17:30 - 19:00)
🔻 This competition is open to amateur performers only

Event Running Order

17:00: Gates Open (DJ Set Starts)
17:40: Radio Essex Entertainment from our large stage with multiple singing acts playing
18:15: Torchlight Procession
18:30: Lighting of the bonfire
19:00: Crowd Karaoke 
19:30: Fireworks Display Starts
19:50: Display Ends (DJ Set Restarts)
20:30:  DJ finish
20:45: Park Closed

(All times are approximate)

Important Information:

• We really recommend walking to Lake Meadows
• If you have to drive, parking is limited on local streets, please car share or walk if at all possible
• After the fireworks finishes a DJ will be playing until 20:30 for you all to enjoy, so no need to rush off
• This year there will be bag searching so make sure that you leave plenty of time to get through the gate
  

PLEASE NOTE

A temporary road closure will be put in place along Radford Way and Radford Crescent from 18:30 to 21:00.
There will be no vehicle access or movement during this road closure, therefore please be mindful to travel early and expect delays when leaving the area.

The Billericay Fireworks event is organised by the Billericay Round Table each year in November in the beautiful surroundings of Lake Meadows park. Attracting around 14,000 people from across Essex, it promises to be an event for all the family with live entertainment and food vendors.

About Billericay Round Table

Round Table is a worldwide movement of young ordinary guys, aged 18-45, who get together to DO MORE. Whether it be trying a new sport, going on adventures, or raising money for our communities. We aim to have fun, make friends, and live life to the fullest.

FAQs & Terms & Conditions

Q. Where's the best place to park?

A. We are limited on local parking. Please car share and park considerately around the local streets and car parks. Public transport will be running as usual. 

Q. I've not received my tickets? 

A. We've found for Outlook and Hotmail email addresses that the tickets are going into your junk/spam folder. Please double check there before emailing in. 

Q. What shouldn't I bring with me?

A. We want everyone to have a great time and with that there are some restricted items at our event. Alongside the usual unlawful thing to bring out into the general public, please refrain from bringing any of your own alcohol. We also ask that you do not bring sparklers or fireworks with you to the event. 

If at all possible, please try to avoid bringing bags with you. Bags will be searched and you may experience a small delay if you bring a bag so please plan accordingly. 

Prohibited items will be confiscated and disposed of - they will not be returned. 

Q. What if it rains?

The show must go on! Unless there are exceptionally high winds, there WILL be a display. Please note our refund policy below, there will be no refunds due to rain.

Q. Is there Blue Badge Parking available?

A. Unfortunately, due to road closures and site logistics, we are unable to offer Blue Badge parking at this year’s event. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Q. Can I get a refund?

A. We understand life happens and things always seem to throw a spanner into works. We will issue refunds seven days before the event occurs.  By that point, we have lots of outgoings and commitments we need to make based on the numbers we have at that point. At the very least, you'll be in good mind that your money is going to a charity who directly supports your local community. There will be no refunds for poor weather.

Q. Can I buy more tickets? When is the last time I can buy tickets?

A. You certainly can! We do have a limited number this year, to make sure everyone has a great time, but you'll be able to buy tickets right up until 7.30pm on the date of fireworks through our website.

Q. What is the 'Best Seat in the House'?

A. When you buy your tickets, you can purchase a raffle ticket(s) for a chance to watch the fireworks from your very own sofa in Lake Meadows, with drinks and snacks provided. One winner will be announced on the day! Full T&Cs are available here
