🎟️ Price

£4.75 per participating child for one 30-minute session.

Advance tickets are non-refundable unless Billy Bob’s cancels the session. Please check that you have selected the correct date and time before completing your booking.

👨‍👩‍👧  Who Can Take Part?

The Bounce Houses are for children aged 10 and under only.

Children must be able to use the inflatable safely and follow the instructions given by our team. For safety, children may be separated according to their age, height or size.

Adults must not use the inflatable equipment.

📝 Your Session

Please arrive in good time for your booked session. Late arrival may reduce your child’s available play time, as sessions must finish promptly for the next group.

Each participating child will be given a wristband, which must be worn throughout the session.

A parent or responsible adult must remain nearby and supervise their children at all times. Billy Bob’s team members operate the activity but do not provide individual childcare or replace parental supervision.

🌥️Weather and Location

Sessions may take place on either the outdoor or indoor Bounce House, depending on the weather and operational conditions.

Advance bookings are limited so that booked children can normally be accommodated indoors if the outdoor inflatables cannot operate. The particular inflatable available is not guaranteed and may be changed for safety or operational reasons.

In exceptional circumstances, including unsafe weather or an equipment issue, Billy Bob’s may need to delay, alter or cancel a session. If Billy Bob’s cancels and cannot offer a suitable alternative, the ticket price will be refunded.

📝 Important Safety Rules

Children must:

• remove shoes, glasses and any sharp or loose items before entering;
• follow all instructions from the Billy Bob’s team;
• play safely and considerately;
• not climb on walls or safety netting;
• not perform flips, somersaults or rough play; and
• keep food, drinks, sweets and chewing gum off the inflatables.

Billy Bob’s may refuse entry or end a child’s session where the rules are not followed or where continued participation may be unsafe. No refund will be given where participation is refused or ended because the rules have been broken.

🚫 Food and Drink

Outside food and drink may not be brought onto the premises. We have plenty of food, drinks and treats available from Billy Bob’s.

📅 Advance Booking

Advance booking is available for selected sessions on weekends and during school holidays and opens up to one week beforehand.

Some spaces may also be available to purchase on the day, subject to capacity.

After booking, you will receive an email containing your QR code. Please have this ready to show when you arrive.

Before completing the booking, you must read and accept our Play Conditions and Acknowledgment of Risk on behalf of your party.
