BIMM Bristol Graduation 2025 - GUEST TICKETS

We’re delighted to invite the friends and family of our graduating students to join us for the BIMM Bristol Graduation Ceremony & Aftershow.
Please note that these tickets are for guests only. Graduating students should complete their own Graduation Attendance Confirmation Form at www.bimmbristolgraduation.co.uk

During the ticket purchasing process, you will be asked a few questions about the student you wish to see graduate. Please ensure you have the following information:

• The student's name

• The student's ID number

Cost:
Attendance for students who are graduating is FREE.
Tickets for guests are £20 each.

Guests with Children:
Children aged five and under do not require a ticket but must remain seated on their carer’s lap throughout the ceremony. Children aged over five will need their own ticket to attend. We kindly ask that carers of younger children remain mindful of noise during the ceremony, and if necessary, step outside the auditorium to avoid disruption and ensure everyone can fully enjoy the event.

Guest Ticket Limits:This year marks the first time our graduation ceremony will be held at the Bristol Beacon. Owing to the venue’s increased capacity, we are pleased to confirm that there will no longer be a limit on the number of guest tickets available per graduand.

Seating Information:
We will not be assigning specific seat numbers to ticket holders, so we encourage you to arrive early on the day to secure your preferred seating. The Beacon is a beautifully designed venue, and every seat offers an excellent view of the stage.

Accessible Seating:
If you require accessible seating, please select the relevant option when booking your tickets using the link below. We will ensure that guests requiring accessible seating are accommodated alongside their friends and family.

Financial Support for Tickets:
We understand that ticket costs may be a concern for some families. If you would like support with purchasing tickets, please email wellbeingbristol@bimm.ac.uk to discuss your circumstances. The Student Wellbeing Team will liaise confidentially with the Events Team to confirm eligibility, after which we may be able to offer a discount or waive the ticket fees entirely.
