The National Emergency Briefing of MPs and other leaders (Nov 2025) is summarised in this 50min film. UK experts outline risks to our food, water, national security, health and economy, from the climate and nature crises.

MP Olly Glover, the Briefing Expert, Professor Nathalie Seddon (Oxford University) and other Wallingford area leaders are attending.

The film presents a measured overview of the changes to our everyday life, and potential responses. The issues are not abstract. They affect energy prices, supply chains, insurance costs, infrastructure reliability, and long-term stability. What do these challenges mean specifically for Wallingford? How can we prepare?

The initiative is non-partisan, and supported by the Health Alliance, National Trust, Church of England, Exeter University, the Royal Meteorological Society, WWF, the National Education Union, to name but a few.
