A TOOLKIT FOR THE MIND: Positive Ways of Living Course
Join this 6 week
exploration of Meditation and Buddhism. Each session includes
meditation, input and the chance to explore the ideas with like-minded
people. Can help with navigating difficult emotions, finding more stability and peace of mind and time to connect to yourself and others.
Led by experienced and friendly Buddhist practitioners.
Course runs for 6 Tuesdays from 16 April - 21 May.
Doors open at 7pm,
session runs from 7.15-9.15pm, with a tea break in the middle for a chance to hang out with other participants in a more informal setting.
