Description
Metta as a way of life, with Shuddhakirti and Dharmada
Can developing Metta take us all the way to Enlightenment?
The sublime words of The Buddha would suggest that it can.
Let our thoughts of boundless love pervade the whole world: above, below and across without any obstruction, without any hatred,
without any enmity. - an extract from the Karaniya Metta Sutta
Across the six weeks, through short talks, meditation workshops and discussion we will explore going deeper in our practice of cultivating Metta both 'on and off the cushion'. And looking at how practising metta can be a way of life.
