The Heart sutra is one of the most profound and pithyist teachings from the whole Mahayana tradition. Over the course of this weekend we'll dive deeply into how it can help us see the world the way the Buddha does.  

"So know that the Bodhisattva holding to nothing whatever, but dwelling in Prajna wisdom, is freed from delusive hinderance, rid of the fear bred by it, and reaches clearest Nirvana."

We might not get all the way to Nirvana in one weekend, but it's sure to be a fantastic chance to meditate, deepen your understanding of the Dharma, experience some stillness and connect with other guys.

Retreat will run from Friday 12th (late afternoon/early evening) to Sunday 14th December (afternoon)
Open to all men who have attended at least one introductory course across Birmingham and surrounding areas.

£140 full price / £90 concessions (including the deposit)
