Summer Weekend Retreat at Adhisthana

(Please note this retreat was previously advertised to be a week long, however due to resources and changes in the team this year, and low attendance in recent years, we will be running a weekend instead)

'Coming Home'

Adityadasa and Suddhimani will be leading a gentle weekend of discovery where, within the supportive conditions of Adhisthana, we will explore elements of The Myth of the Return Journey from the White Lotus Sutra, and begin to understand what it really means to come home.

For anyone who knows the metta bhavana and mindfulness of breathing meditations

Arrival opens from 4pm on friday - please aim to be on site by 6pm for dinner. The retreat will end around 2:30pm on Sunday.
