The retreat focuses on the role of pilgrimage in our lives, whether or not we are undertaking a physical journey. How do we find our path, connect with our inspiration and bringing spaciousness to life's complexities. As part of the retreat, Pasannamati will share her experience and reflections from her two-month pilgrimage in Japan visiting 88 temples on foot. There will be talks, groups, meditation and ritual and space to just be.

This is Warwick and Birmingham combined Sangha retreat and is open to anyone who has learned Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana
