Study Day with Dhivan: the Dharma of Craving and Joy
The Dharma of Craving and Joy: Study Day Retreat
Do you want to go deeper in your understanding of Buddhism? Based on close readings of Buddhist discourses, Dhivan will lead study on teachings about craving or wanting as the origin of existential unsatisfactoriness, and about joy as the path to liberation and Awakening.
Dhivan is an experienced study leader and scholar in the Triratna Buddhist order. He leads retreats on study themes and meditation, and on Animist Dharma.
This day retreat is suitable for all levels of experience as we will be breaking up into one study group for those more experienced with Dhivan, and anyone newer to the centre studying the same topic with Maitrisara.
