Everyone has a voice worth hearing. This welcoming poetry workshop invites you to explore that voice through writing, reflection, and shared creativity. Whether you are new to poetry or have been writing for years, this session offers a supportive space to experiment with language, discover fresh perspectives, and deepen your confidence on the page.

Through gentle prompts, short writing exercises, and optional sharing, we will explore how poems can emerge from everyday experience, memory, observation, and imagination. The focus is not on perfection but on curiosity, play, and the simple act of putting words down. No previous experience is necessary — just bring your curiosity and a willingness to try.

This event is being hosted as a fundraiser for the building project Polishing the Jewel. All ticket sales will go towards the project to help restore, renovate and renew our beloved centre. Please give generously.
