A Vision for Our Lives

Looking around the Buddhist centre, you might be wondering what all the paintings, statues, shrines, colours and symbols mean. What part do they play in the cultivation of wisdom and compassion and freedom from suffering? In this course, we will explore the themes of vision and inspiration, symbolism, story, metaphor and myth. This will include a basic introduction to Buddhist ritual and ceremony.

Going deeper is the perfect chance to take your exploration of meditation and Buddhism deeper. It's a chance to meditate with others, explore a dharmic theme and chat with like-minded people.

Doors open at 7pm, feel free to arrive from then for a drink and a chance to chat a bit more.
