Coaching in Catholic Education

This course equips Catholic educators and leaders with the knowledge, skills and confidence to use coaching as a nurturing and transformative approach to teaching and learning, leadership, professional growth and school improvement. Participants will explore how to coach effectively, including the instructional coaching process, with a clear focus on improving teaching, learning and formation while honouring the dignity and vocation of every individual. Grounded in sound educational practice and Catholic mission, the course supports leaders to foster reflective practice, professional dialogue and sustainable improvement across their communities. We are also working towards this programme being offered as an accredited course, strengthening its value and impact for Catholic educators and leaders now and in the future.
