Ofsted for Directors, Governors and School Leaders

This virtual session is designed specifically for governors and directors and provides a clear, strategic overview of Ofsted’s current framework and expectations from a trust‑level governance perspective. Delivered by a Senior HMI, the training will support those with oversight responsibilities to understand what effective governance looks like in inspection terms, how trust‑level decisions are evaluated, and how to offer both support and challenge with confidence. The session will help governors and directors stay informed, assured and well‑placed to fulfil their statutory and moral responsibilities, ensuring strong accountability, informed decision‑making and sustained improvement across Catholic schools.
