Birmingham Gaymers - Game Guru

Join Birmingham Gaymers for our regular Sunday board game meet-ups at Game Guru.

Birmingham Gaymers is a diverse and inclusive group of LGBTQ+ individuals and allies who share a passion for board games and tabletop role playing. We're dedicated to creating safe and welcoming spaces for the community to meet, make new friends and most importantly, play board games. 

Our meet-ups are friendly and informal. Drop in during the session, grab a seat and get playing. Friendly gaming hosts are always on a hand to welcome newcomers, suggest games, explain rules and help you find a group so you can jump straight into the action.

What to expect and important info

• Board game library: Game Guru boasts a full board game library available for all attendees. You don't need to bring anything, though you are always welcome to bring your own personal favourite from home
• Entry fee: £6 per person for a 4 hour session. This is a discounted rate for Birmingham Gaymer members. Fee to be paid on entry
  
• Booking is essential: To make sure we have enough seats for everyone, it's essential you book a slot via TicketTailor. If we hit capacity, seats will be reserved for those who booked
  
• Photography: From time to time we take pictures at our events for promotional purposes (e.g. sharing on the Birmingham Gaymer social media channels). If you do not want to be featured in any imagery, please do speak to one of the Hosts and we will of course ensure you are not featured.
