• Explore national and European guidance for the pharmacological management of key CRM conditions and how they link with each other
• Systematically work through the management of a case with CRM disease
• Reflect on overall goals of treatment and individual priorities for patients with CRM conditions

Speaker's biography:

I work for Boehringer as a Medical Educator, my background is in nursing and I worked in the NHS for over 20 years before joining BI.

Apart from my earliest nursing post in Nephrology medicine and Dialysis, My background is mainly in Cardiology with Specialist Roles in Tertiary and Community Services, varying from Thrombolysis/PPCi/ Research and Cather labs, to my last post before joining BI where I was lead for the community Heart Failure Service in Sefton for 10 years.

I have been an independent prescriber for 14 years and completed an MSc in Advanced Practice and have also been fortunate to be an Associate Lecturer in CVD with both Pre and Post graduate education courses at Manchester Met university, this was during my time working in the Manchester Heart Centre.
