ECG RECORDINGS

• Discuss the theory of ECG recording
• Explain the reasons for undertaking the procedure
• Demonstrate the position of the chest and limb lead
• Describe how artefacts can be reduced
• Competency Assessment Framework
• Comprehensive ECG Handbook
• Simulated practice and classroom based assessment
