Baby Week Special - FREE Pregnancy Relaxation

As part of Baby Week 2024 in Leeds, I am offering one of my hugely popular pregnancy relaxation classes for FREE!

A chance to connect with your baby and your pregnancy in the midst of your busy life, a chance to ease into your evening, a chance to practise your breathing and relaxation techniques and a chance to meet other, local expectant Mums, these classes are the perfect introduction to hypnobirthing.

This class is a one-off free event in collaboration with Baby Week Leeds and will be held on Monday 18th November from 5.15pm-6.15pm in the Community Room on the 4th floor of John Lewis, LS2 7AR. You will be sitting on a chair for the class. If you think you would prefer the option to lie down, please feel free to bring a yoga mat and/or pregnancy pillow to allow yourself to get as comfortable as possible.
