Join us for a hands-on, educational workshop designed to help you reconnect with and restore your core and pelvic floor!

We’ll start with an overview of diastasis recti—what it is, why it happens, and how to begin your recovery journey. Each participant will have the opportunity to be personally assessed for diastasis width, depth, and length.

Next, enjoy a 30-minute guided workout led by a BirthCo. rehab specialist, focused on safe and effective core engagement. You’ll also get to experience NeuX technology, the innovative tool used in BirthCo.’s Defeat Diastasis Program to re-stimulate core strength and coordination.
