Birthday Party Packages - Cultus Lake Adventure Park

• Outdoor Party Room for up to 10 children
  • Each party package includes up to 10 children and 8 adults free
  • Extra costs for additional children apply, 4 max. (cost varies depending on package)
• Outdoor Party Room access and reservation valid for the day (11:30am – 5:00pm)
• One full online payment required 5 days in advance
• Packages are intended to be fully self-hosted
• No cancellations permitted or credits/tickets given for no-shows

HERE ARE THE OPTIONS:

a) Party Package 1: $549.99

• Includes one Full Day Outdoor Party Room reservation
  • Both Party Rooms, located near the Round Up 360 and the Mini Golf, are roped off from patron access and furnished with a table that seats 10 children
  • If both rooms are purchased, dividing wall can be removed to create a single, larger space (subject to availability)
• Unlimited access to all Rides & Attractions, including Mini Golf! *Subject to ride height, weight and health restrictions. (Coin operated Arcade Games and Gem Bags not included)
• Each Child receives
  • Meal, Snack and Goodie Bag!
• Above pricing does not change if total amount of guests is less than the permitted amount (10 children and 8 adults)
• $38.00 each additional child admission (up to a maximum of 4)
• Any additional admissions required above the child and adult maximums must be purchased for regular price online or at the gate

b) Party Package 2: $399.99

Booking Policy

• One full payment is required to secure your Party Booking online. This cannot be done in person.
• All bookings must be paid for more than 5 days in advance.
• All booking payments are non-refundable. No cancellations permitted or credits/tickets given for no-shows
• Bookings cannot be cancelled regardless of weather, temperatures, air quality, or any other reason outside of our control.
• Maximum group size is 10 children & 8 adults per Party Package
• A maximum of 4 children add-ons may be added to the Party Package
• Any additional admissions required above the Party Package maximums must be purchased for regular price online or at the gate
• Any purchases such as merchandise, food, and beverages must be purchased by the individual at the counter. No tabs permitted
• All groups are required to have a designated leader/coordinator
• Group leaders are responsible to enforce all park rules and policies with their group
• Children under the age of 8 must have adequate supervision and behave responsibly
• All rides subject to ride height, weight and health restrictions. Familiarize yourself with ride requirements and information

Arrival Instructions

• Group leader must arrive before your group
• When you arrive, you will receive a Party Package consisting of:
  • Guest Wristbands
  • Goodie Bags
  • Meal & Snack vouchers (if applicable)
• Your guests should arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to party start time. They will be checking in with you at the entrance gate to receive their guest wristband. They may not enter the park without this
• Good to have an additional person hosting to help guide your guests from the park entrance to the Outdoor Party Room
• Park policies must be emphasized and followed by all individuals in your group
• Outdoor Party Room access and reservation valid for the full day (11:30am – 5:00pm)
• Both Party Rooms, located near the Round Up 360 and the Mini Golf, are roped off from patron access and furnished with a table that seats 10 children.
• Please note – Outdoor Party Room is not fully closed off to the public during your stay. Personal valuables, gifts and belongings will need to be monitored at all times
• Snack vouchers can be redeemed in the park at any time
• Your group is responsible to redeem your meal vouchers at the applicable food service counters. (described to you upon arrival)
• You are welcome to bring birthday cakes, cupcakes etc. Utensils, knives, plates etc. will not be provided.

During your party, Cultus Lake Adventure Park is still open to the public. Groups must behave appropriately, and be respectful to all patrons and staff.
