Birthday Party: $349.99

Your Party Includes:

• One full-day outdoor party room reservation for up to 10 children and 8 supervising adults
  
• Unlimited access for each guest to all Rides & Attractions, including Mini Golf. (Subject to ride height, weight and health restrictions. Coin-operated Arcade Games and Gem Bags not included).

Above price excludes applicable taxes.

• Birthday Parties are fully self-hosted.
• Party rooms are located near Round Up 360 and Giggle Ridge Mini Golf.
• Party areas are roped off from public access and include a table that seats up to 10 children.
• All children must be under the age of 16.
• Children may not be substituted for adults. The party package includes 8 supervising adults to ensure adequate safety at all times.
• Pricing is fixed even if your group has fewer than the maximum included guests (10 children and 8 supervising adults) and regardless of how long your party uses the room rental.
  
• Any additional admissions required beyond the included child and supervising adult maximums must be purchased at regular price online or at the gate.
• No cancellations permitted. No refunds, credits, tickets or compensation will be provided for no-shows.

• Receive a meal voucher for each child in your party.
• Meal vouchers can be redeemed at any time during your visit.
• Food delivery to your party room is not available, transporting your food to your party room is your responsibility.

Food combo options include chicken strips & fries, hot dog & fries, or poutine. All combos include a bottled beverage of your choice.

Snacks: $49.99

• Receive a snack voucher for each child in your party.
• Snack vouchers can be redeemed at any time during your visit.
• Food delivery to your party room is not available, transporting your snacks to your party room is your responsibility.

Snack options include popcorn or cotton candy.

Goodie Bags: $49.99

• Receive a goodie bag for each child in your party.

Goodie bags include miscellaneous toys, treats & stickers.

Gem Bags: $49.99

• Receive a gem bag for each child in your party.
• Bring your gem bag to the Wilderness Trail panning site. Grab a filter box, empty your gem bag, and dip the filter box into the running stream to reveal your hidden gold and gems.
• Finders Keepers! Collect all of your precious gems & treasures - everything that you uncover is yours to take home!

Booking Policy

• Reservations and full payment must be completed online at least 5 days before your intended party date. After this point, party dates are no longer available to book, and any unpaid reservations cannot be held or reinstated.
• All booking payments are non-refundable. No cancellations, refunds, credits, tickets or compensation will be provided for no-shows.
• Bookings cannot be cancelled or transferred to a different date, regardless of weather, temperatures, air quality, or any other reason outside of our control.
• Your party includes one outdoor party room reservation for up to 10 children and 8 supervising adults at no additional cost.
• Each child included in your party must be under the age of 16. Children may not be substituted for supervising adults.
• Any additional admissions required beyond the included child and supervising adult maximums must be purchased at regular price online or at the gate.
• Any additional purchases outside of what is included in or added to your party must be processed individually at the counter. No group tabs or group charging permitted.
• Your party is designed to be fully self-hosted. All groups are required to have a designated leader/coordinator to organize their party.
• Group leaders are responsible for ensuring that their group follows all park rules and policies.
• Children under the age of 8 must have adequate supervision and behave responsibly at all times.
• All rides subject to ride height, weight and health restrictions. Familiarize yourself with ride requirements and safety information prior to your visit.

Arrival Instructions

• The group leader must arrive before the rest of the group.
• Upon arrival, you will be shown to your party room and receive your guest wristbands. At this time, you will also receive any selected add-ons such as goodie bags, meal vouchers, snack vouchers and gem bags.
• Guests must check in with the group leader at the entrance gate to receive their wristband. Guests may not enter the park without a wristband.
• Park policies must be emphasized and followed by all members of your group.
• Your outdoor party room access and reservation is valid for the entire operating day.
• If applicable - meal & snack vouchers can be redeemed at any time during your visit.
• Your group is responsible for redeem your meal vouchers at the designated food outlets.

Please note:

• The outdoor party room is not fully enclosed. Personal valuables, gifts and belongings must be monitored at all times.
• Decorations are not included. You may bring your own decorations. Management approval is required for any decorations you wish to hang from or attach to park structures. All decorations must be family friendly and must be removed at the end of your visit.
• You may bring in commercially sealed beverages & snacks. No unsealed beverages or outside restaurant food is permitted.
• You may bring birthday cakes, cupcakes, candles and similar party items. No glitter or sparklers permitted.
• Utensils, knives, plates and serving items will not be provided. Please bring your own.
• Food storage and refrigeration are not available on site. If you bring perishable items, you are responsible for storing and managing them.

During your party, Cultus Lake Adventure Park is open to the public. Groups must behave appropriately, and be respectful to all patrons and staff.
