Pregnancy Yoga
Come and join birth-hood's Pregnancy Yoga course starting after the May half term break!
This block will run every Thursday 6.15-7.15pm.
Each session will include Pregnancy Yoga activities suitable for both second and third trimester (with adaptations to suit most contraindications in pregnancy).
The class is 60 minutes which includes Yoga, Relaxation and weekly birth preparation themes to support you going into birth positively.
The class is held in the the studio at Yoga in Coalville
First Floor, 22a, 22 Belvoir Rd, Coalville LE67 3PN
Free parking on Margaret Street car park or James Street car park.
You can also join online upon request.
PAYG sessions £10 and includes use of all equipment (though feel free to bring own mat etc). - please use the PAYG option.
Pregnancy yoga has many benefits, both physical and emotional, these include providing a safe space to relaxation and connection to your baby, meeting other new mums to be, help manage anxiety, improved sleep, improved mobility, stamina and strength, plus so much more!

- What do I wear? Wear everyday comfortable clothes that you can stretch and move about easily in
- Can I eat before the class? Yes a snack and a drink before the class is fine. It’s best to save having a big meal for after the class
- Can I attend the class if I suffer from symphysis pubis dysfunction? Yes you can come and benefit from all the relaxing, beneficial effects of Pregnancy Yoga like everyone else. Make sure you tell Maryline and she will offer you modifications throughout the class to help with your condition and keep you comfortable.
- Can I come if I’m a beginner? Yes! No previous yoga is experience necessary.
