Festival Parent and Baby Yoga

Come and join me Leanne (doula and yoga specialist) for a Summer Yoga Special open to all under 1's

This one off event will consist of some Postpartum yoga for YOU, some baby yoga (with the usual singing and bonding activities) and of course some yummy refreshments!

We will also have a lush Baby and Me photoshoot opportunity for you as well as a little craft activity to do and take home.

This session is perfect for some you and baby time, to connect, to surround yourself with other likeminded parents and to have some you time too!

The session cost is £20 and includes use of all equipment (though feel free to bring own mat etc) and refreshments (please let me know of any allergies).

There will be plenty of age appropriate toys to help stimulate and distract your baby also! Please bring your own baby blanket.

This is suitable for parents who are 6 weeks postpartum (vaginal birth) and 12 weeks postpartum for caesarean or instrumental birth/3rd/4th degree tears. Please drop me a message if you want to chat anything through.
