The Coastal Group course has a maximum of 3 couples to allow for plenty of discussion and personalised support. This all takes place in my gorgeous studio with panoramic views of the sea to help you relax.

This Complete Hypnobirthing Course will provide you will all the tools you need for a positive birth experience.

You will receive 8 hours teaching time
