Birth Positively and friends are proud to be hosting their 3rd Pregnancy Wellness Retreat in the gorgeous seaside village of Sandgate in the independent Sandgate Deli.

If you are pregnant this is really not to be missed!
The retreat is packed with talks and tasters sessions so you can discover some of the wonderful pregnancy services that are being offered right on your doorstep.

Local birth expert and Birth Positively founder, Kelly, will be sharing her knowledge of hypnobirthing and breastfeeding, plus will be on hand for 1:1 discussion and support throughout the retreat. Kelly has worked with 100s of pregnant women over the last 7 years and is able to guide you through the ups and downs of pregnancy and birth.

Co-founder of Grace Hill Studios, Cheryl, is a highly qualified local osteopath, and will be demonstrating the Body Ready Method to prepare you for a smoother birth and recovery. Cheryl is a true expert in her field and she will blow you away with her knowledge and insight for preparing for birth.

Also on offer will be a Q&A with local Independent Midwives, a mini Pregnancy Yoga session & more.

As part of your ticket price, Sandgate Deli will be providing a light lunch and there will be refreshments available. Plus you will leave with a goody bag packed with local discounts and offers.​
