In just one day you will feel confident and excited about birthing your baby! I will talk you through the birth process, look at the impact your mind can have on birth, and what you can do about it! We will discuss how to write a birth plan that and cover what to do if your plan needs to change. Plus there will be plenty of information for your birth partner so they know exactly how to support you when you need it the most.

This popular Coastal Group course has a maximum of 3 couples to allow for plenty of discussion and personalised support. This all takes place in my gorgeous studio with panoramic views of the sea to help you relax.
