Group Hypnobirthing & Antenatal Experience for a Calm and Confident Birth

Most Empowering Hypnobirthing & Antenatal Coach UK (2025)

Hello,

I’m soooo glad you’re here!

If you’ve found your way to this page, I’m guessing you don’t want to just ‘see how it goes’ when it comes to birth.

  • Maybe you’ve heard birth stories that have stuck with you a little bit more than you’d like.
  • Maybe there’s a quiet thought in the back of your mind wondering 'Will I cope?' when contractions hit.
  • Or maybe you just don’t want to be sat in an appointment thinking 'I don’t even know what that means.'

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re definitely not alone. I hear this allllll the time from the Mums I work with.

And the good news is, it doesn’t have to feel like that.

Because when you start to understand what your body is doing, when your options feel clearer and when you’ve got simple ways to settle your nervous system, things can begin to feel much more manageable.

What's different about Birth Then Baby?

Most birth prep focuses on breathing, positions and birth plans. And whilst those things absolutely do matter, there is so much more to it than that.

Confidence comes from understanding your body, your mind, your options and knowing how to stay steady when things feel intense or decisions need to be made quickly. That’s why Birth Then Baby blends hypnobirthing with mental health and CBT-based tools, so you’re not just learning about labour… you’re learning how to stay calm, think clearly, advocate for yourself and handle the all the “what ifs” (whatever direction your birth takes).

Inside my courses, everything is simple and easy to follow:

• Train your brain for birth — so you stay calm and grounded when intensity builds
• Prepare your body — with practical tools to feel more comfortable in labour
• Understand your choices — so you can make clear, confident decisions
• Handle the 'what ifs' — so even if things change, you still feel in control'

And most importantly, we prepare for all types of birth. Whether that’s home, hospital, induction, or caesarean - so you’re not just prepared for one version of events, but for whatever direction things take.

What will we cover in a group course?

Throughout the day, we gently layer knowledge, mindset and practical tools so everything connects clearly.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand what’s happening in your body during labour, so it feels less unknown and more manageable
  • Stay calm and grounded when contractions start, instead of panicking or second-guessing yourself
  • Use simple, practical tools to cope with labour and help you feel more comfortable
  • Support your body with positions and movement that help labour progress
  • Understand all of your options (from natural to medical) without judgement
  • Prepare your birth partner so they know exactly how to support you (not just stand there awkwardly)

You’ll also learn how to handle the ‘what ifs’:

  • What to do if things don’t go to plan
  • How to make decisions if you’re put on the spot
  • What to say if you feel rushed or unsure
  • How to approach things like induction, interventions, or a caesarean with confidence
  • How to stay calm and adaptable, whatever direction your birth takes

How long is a group course?

The course is a mix of pre-recorded content and live, in person teaching. The in person teaching is one full day from 9:30-5pm.

This means you can take in the information at your own pace and then use our time together to practice the tools, ask questions and really build your confidence, without it ever feeling rushed.

You’ll also have the option of a 37 week check-in, where we can go through any last minute questions or wobbles together.
