Birth educator, hypnobirthing practitioner, doula, and the person who's going to tell you everything you actually deserve to know before you walk into that hospital.

I founded Birth With Choice because I kept seeing the same thing. Women who'd done the prep, read the books, ticked every box and still felt completely swept along the moment something shifted in that room. That gap bothered me. So I closed it.

I talk about the stuff others skip. How to navigate the NHS. What your options actually are. What to say when someone says "we'd recommend" and you don't fully understand why. How your body works, how each contraction is doing something, and how understanding that changes everything about how you experience it.

I don't do vague. I don't do "just trust the process." I don't do watered down.

I do real. Honest. Actually useful.

Think of me as your birth big sister. The one who's been in that room, knows how it works, and isn't going to let you go in without knowing your stuff.
