How long is the Group Hypnobirthing Course?

The Group Hypnobirthing Course is 9 hours in total, split across three 3-hour sessions.

Before we begin, I’ll reach out for a quick chat. This is a great opportunity for you to ask any questions, and for me to learn how I can best support you in preparing emotionally, mentally, and practically for a positive birth.

Where are the sessions held?

Our group sessions are held at the beautiful Clifton Grange Farm Studio—conveniently located with plenty of parking and full accessibility. The address is: Clifton Grange Farm, The Studio, Preston, PR4 0XL.

When and at what time?

8th, 15th and 22nd March 9.30AM-12.30PM

• A phone consultation to discuss your specific needs and concerns regarding your caesarean birth

How much does the course cost?

Your investment in an empowering birth experience is £295 for both you and your birth partner. This includes the £50 deposit.

How do I book?

A non-refundable £50 deposit will secure your space on the course.

Payment options:

The £50 deposit is required when booking

You can choose to pay the remaining balance in full or in instalments

After paying your deposit, I’ll send you a payment link for your chosen method. Your course must be paid in full a week before the first session.
