As a Hypnobirthing teacher, I’ve heard so many similar stories from mums — different faces, same feelings. Not feeling in control. Not having their choices respected. A cascade of interventions they weren’t prepared for. I knew it didn’t have to be this way, so I made it my mission to help. That's why choice is at the heart of everything I do.

With an approach that is honest, compassionate, and realistic, I won’t shy away from discussing pain. Instead, I’ll help you embrace your inner strength and face the challenges of birth with confidence in both your body and your choices.

How long is a Group Course?

The Group Hypnobirthing Course is a full birth preparation course. I have designed the course with in-person learning and pre-recorded videos. This allows us to get the most out of our time together and practise more of the tools and techniques face-to-face.

Two weeks after your course you'll be invited to a group zoom session which will be tailored to your needs and will consolidate your learning. This hour-long call will be held on a Monday from 7:30-8:30 pm, so you’ve got the time to get home, get settled and join with a cup of tea!

Where are the sessions held?

Our group sessions are held at the beautiful Lytham Assembly Rooms — conveniently located with plenty of parking nearby and full accessibility. The address is: Dicconson Terrace, Lytham, Lytham Saint Annes FY8 5JY.

When and what time?

Your group course takes place from 9.30-5.00 on your chosen day. With a half hour lunch break at 12pm and plenty of comfort breaks during the day.

Your Investment

Your investment in an empowering birth experience is £349 for both you and your birth partner. This includes the £50 deposit.

How do I book?

A non-refundable £50 deposit will secure your space on the course.

You can choose to pay the remaining balance in full or in instalments

After paying your deposit, I’ll send you a payment link for your chosen method. Your course must be paid in full a week before the first session.
