You know that feeling of sitting with something, a worry, a question, a "is this just me?", and not quite knowing who to say it to?

That's what Bump & Brew is for.

It's a monthly, in-person support session for women navigating pregnancy and early motherhood in Lytham and St Annes. Expert-led, small, and genuinely unlike any pregnancy group you've been to before.

No awkward icebreakers. No perfect mum energy. No information overload.

Just real conversations, expert guidance, and a room full of women who are right where you are.

HOW IT WORKS:

Each session is built around where you are in your journey. When you book, simply select the date that matches your stage, whether that's first trimester, second trimester onwards, or postnatal.

Every session includes an expert-led talk on a topic that actually matters to you right now, space to ask anything (genuinely, anything), time to connect with other women at the same stage, refreshments and something sweet, and a guided relaxation to close.

Each session costs £15 and are capped at 10 spaces. Not to be exclusive, but because this only works when it feels safe to talk and there's actually space to be heard.

REFUND POLICY:

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable. If you can't make it, you're welcome to send someone in your place or transfer your ticket to a future date where spaces allow.
