This is a weekend in-person hypnobirthing course. It will run on Saturday and Sunday, 1-5pm both days. The venue is spacious, well-ventilated, peaceful and with plenty of free parking.

This is the full birth preparation course where, along with other expectant parents, you will learn to feel confident, calm and ready to birth your way. This group course will really prepare you for labour and giving birth, and arm you with lots of practical stuff you need to know. The course includes:

• Birth anatomy and physiology (how it works and what to expect)
• Building your confidence about your amazing birthing body.
• Techniques for deep relaxation (the ‘hypno’ bit of hypnobirthing)
• Tools to manage the sensations of birth
• How to deal with the unexpected (including potential medical interventions)
• Understanding all your choices around birth and how to best work with maternity professionals
• Your birth plan
• How to be a great birth partner!
• Plus loads of practical information you need to feel properly prepared.

All of this will help you feel empowered and more relaxed about birth. 

I keep my group sizes small, as I feel it gives you a better experience. As part of your investment, you will receive a fabulous workbook to accompany the sessions (I follow the Love Your Birth training school), ongoing support from me, and a few other little treats too!
